Latino share of voters: 16%
Latino contribution to Scott: +0.32

Charlie Crist: 18%

Latino share of voters: 16%
Latino contribution to Rubio: +6.7

Note: Senate vote by origin
Cuban Latinos: 78% Rubio

Note: Latino contribution is the net amount Latino votes contributed to the overall margin for the winning candidate. It is calculated by taking the partisan vote advantage for one candidate (i.e. 60% to 40% = partisan advantage of +20) and multiplying it by the Latino share of the electorate. If Latinos provide Rubio with a +42 vote advantage, and comprise 16% of the electorate, that translates into a net contribution of 6.7 points towards Rubio’s overall margin.
