Blanca Flor Guillén-Woods is a Senior Analyst and Evaluation Specialist for Latino Decisions. She bring expertise in all aspects of applied research including management of multi-site and multi-year projects. Her experience includes research design, database construction, fieldwork, funder reporting, grant writing, quantitative and qualitative data analyses.
She has been conducting research studies and program evaluations related to education, acculturation, youth services, civic engagement, health care, prevention and intervention for over 15 years. Guillén-Woods taught statistics, research methods and psychology courses at Harbor City College and Los Angeles City College. She holds a BA in Psychology and Chicano Studies from Loyola Marymount University, and an MA in Social Psychology from Claremont Graduate University.
